The manufacturer of Grimm Woodworking, Inc. cabinets warrants the original consumer purchaser from material defects and workmanship for the original purchased location and under normal use. The warranty extends to locations within the United States of America and is not transferable to successive owners. Materials used by vendors are covered by a separate manufacturer warranty and are not extended by this coverage. This warranty does not extend to ancillary products or services associated with the cabinets, like counter-tops or appliances or the labor costs applied to their installation, refit, or replacement. This warranty begins on the date of delivery or installation for the original purchaser and address. Coverage of this warranty only applies to residential usage, not commercial applications and is not transferable.

The warranty will become voided by improper handling, incorrect installation, poor storage, modifications, exterior exposure, abuse, neglect, and accidental damage. Additionally, the warranty will not apply to cabinets damaged by acts of God, terrorism, extremes in temperature, humidity, pet damage, normal wear and tear, and civil unrest. Warranty will not apply to cabinets that were unfinished at the time of delivery or installation.

Natural materials like woods or manmade material with natural materials may change color over time. Tones of wood may darken or change hue. The texture of wood may alter with age and seasons. Joints will expand and contract differently and to a varying extent throughout their lifespan. Joints may open up, doors may twist, split or crack, and painted cabinets may have cracking around joints. Sunlight, excess steam, humidity, smoke, and chemicals may cause the color and finish to alter or become damaged. The conditions listed here are consistent with materials used and are not covered in this warranty.

When a claim is made and deemed valid, Grimm Woodworking, Inc. will provide repair(s) and/or replacement item(s) consistent the original condition to the degree that materials and styles are still available. In the event that materials or styles are not available, Grimm Woodworking, Inc. will repair or replace the affected defect in order to achieve a uniform appearance with the existing cabinets. Because of the natural materials and processes that occur, there is no guarantee that the original condition, finish, hardware style, or other component maybe achieved. Claimant will provide a copy of the warranty certificate at the time of the claim.

The manufacture of Grimm Woodworking, Inc. cabinets states or implies no other warranties other than those expressed herein. The warranties set forth herein are only for the original purchaser and the original address at the time of purchase or installation. This warranty is the exclusive warranty of Grimm Woodworking, Inc. and does not cover indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profit, labor expenses, implied warranties of merchantability, and removal or installation fees associated with installation, repair, or replacement by another party.
